About the Role

The Contracts Manager (Project) plays a critical role in overseeing our building contracts from beginning to end. This position requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide the quantity surveying team to achieve high-quality results. As a Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contracts are administered efficiently and effectively, resolving any disputes that may arise, and managing project costs and budgets to ensure timely completion of projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Contract Administration: Lead and guide the quantity surveying team in contracts administration to ensure quality and timeliness in delivery of their assigned tasks and responsibilities.
  2. Dispute Resolution: Advise and resolve requests for equitable adjustment, contract disputes, and contract claims.
  3. Cost Management: Prepare and monitor project cost budget, cash-flow projections, and track changes in design/construction work to adjust budget projections accordingly.
  4. Progress Claim and Payment Management: Oversee and manage main contract progress claim and subcontract payment to ensure timely completion of projects.
  5. Collaboration with Project Team: Work closely with the project team to ensure timely award of subcontractors and suppliers.
