Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management

**The Contract Administrator will be responsible for**:
Providing contract administrative support to the regional Account in order to manage existing systems, processes and databases

Maintenance of a hard copy and electronic database consisting of correspondence, service and contract specifications and SLA’s

Timely and accurate record keeping of contract data for the Central team

Assist in the preparation of all client periodic and ad hoc reports and plans

Manage all security clearances to ensure all regular contractors and staff have passed required clearances

Liaise with the Helpdesk to ensure reporting and trend analysis is captured timely and accurately

Ensure compliance to quality standards at all times

Attend meetings as directed by the supervisor or manager

Provide administrative support during client meetings and teleconferences governance meetings

Other duties as required to support the business

The Contract Administrator will demonstrate the following competencies:
Excellent administration skills and customer service support

Positive attitude, professional and resourceful

Excellent planning and organisational skills

A team player but can solve problems independently

Strong problem solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication skills with strong command of conversational and written English

Tertiary education in business administration or relevant field

5 years’ experience in office administration and management

Previous experience in facilities and/or property management is preferable
