As part of our rapid growth, we're seeking an HR Business Partner to join our team.



The Role

We are looking for an experienced HR professional to support our business operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the onboarding process, including preparing and coordinating onboarding materials, facilitating new employee induction and orientation programs, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company culture.



Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding and Induction: Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing and coordinating onboarding materials, facilitating new employee induction and orientation programs.
  • Leaver Management: Process employee resignations and terminations, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist employees with enrolling in company benefits programs, addressing questions and concerns related to health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits.
  • Background Checks: Coordinate background checks for new employees, ensuring all necessary screenings are completed and documentation is processed.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture by organizing and participating in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining HR files, and preparing reports.


Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin to manage stakeholders in HQ in China.
