Advanced Packaging Engineer">

We are seeking a skilled Advanced Packaging Engineer to lead our advanced packaging process integration efforts. As part of our team, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing process flows and recipes for defect-free, high-reliability manufacturing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in advanced packaging, integration, R&D, NPI, or module development. They should be well-versed in DOE, lot handling, data analysis (inline/HOL/ET), and have excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and optimizing process flows and recipes for defect-free, high-reliability manufacturing
  • Leading integration of new advanced packaging features on FINFET and FDSOI platforms
  • Coordinating device testing and ensuring robust inspection & control methodologies
  • Analyzing performance, reliability, and defect data to drive improvements
  • Freezing qualified processes and supporting production ramp-up
  • Cross-functional collaboration and occasional reporting to internal/external stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with EHS&S requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field (Master's/Ph.D. preferred)
  • 8-12+ years' experience in advanced packaging, integration, R&D, NPI, or module development
  • Strong expertise in DOE, lot handling, data analysis (inline/HOL/ET)
