Job Overview:
Seeking a seasoned QHSE professional to lead transformation projects across Singapore and Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety, environmental, and trade compliance regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead QHSE management systems ensuring compliance with local regulations, ISO standards, and corporate policies.
  • Drive a proactive safety culture conducting audits/inspections and managing incident investigations with corrective action plans.
  • Oversee import/export compliance including customs regulations, sanctions, and international trade laws while advising leadership on compliance risks.
  • Manage subcontractor portfolio covering trucking, transportation, and cargo handling vendors including procurement, contracts, and audits.
  • Lead and develop a team of QHSE professionals setting KPIs and promoting collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with authorities, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • Minimum degree and above.
  • Minimum 5 years' QSHE experience in a leadership role in logistics/supply chain industry.
  • Well-versed in safety, environmental, and trade compliance regulations in Singapore and Malaysia.
