Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior QHSE Manager to lead our regional operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding QHSE standards, ensuring compliance with ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001.

  • Manage and uphold QHSE standards across regional operations.
  • Oversee quality, health, safety, environmental initiatives, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.
  • Lead workplace safety programs, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.
  • Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and external partners on QHSE matters.
  • Promote environmental responsibility and ensure alignment with local environmental regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and uphold QHSE standards, including ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 45001, across regional operations.
  2. Oversee quality, health, safety, environmental initiatives, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in QHSE roles, with 3+ years in a managerial or regional leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of ISO standards and local regulatory compliance.
  • Possess relevant QHSE-related certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO, LeadAuditor, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (or equivalent).
  • Strong audit and incident investigation experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
