Senior QHSE Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QHSE Manager to join our team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and results-driven individual to take on a leadership role in our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing quality, health, safety, and environmental initiatives across multiple sites.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ISO standards and local regulatory compliance, as well as relevant certifications such as NEBOSH or ISO Lead Auditor.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and uphold QHSE standards across regional operations.
- Oversee quality, health, safety, environmental initiatives, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead workplace safety programs, fire prevention measures, and emergency preparedness.
- Support building, facilities, and equipment maintenance to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
- Conduct internal audits, manage non-conformances, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, stakeholders, and external partners on QHSE matters.
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of experience in QHSE roles, with 3+ years in a managerial or regional leadership position.
- Deep understanding of ISO standards and local regulatory compliance.
- Possess relevant QHSE-related certifications such as NEBOSH, ISO, LeadAuditor, WSQ Advanced Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (or equivalent).
- Strong audit and incident investigation experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
