About the Role:

The Resident Experience Ambassador plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive and supportive environment for residents. This involves acting as a liaison between internal partners and residents, along with their families, to ensure high standards of care and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective communication channels with residents, families, and internal partners to gather feedback and understand resident needs.
  • Work collaboratively with internal partners to resolve issues and promote a cohesive approach to resident care and service delivery.
  • Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations to enhance the quality of services.
  • Coordinate and deliver in-service talks to residents and staff on topics such as quality assurance, quality improvement, and healthcare best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a Service Quality function or quality improvement programs in healthcare or a similar setup.
  • Excellent interpersonal, engagement, and follow-up skills.
  • Detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact in at least two languages/dialects (Malay, Mandarin, or Tamil) to communicate effectively with clients and families.
