As a key member of our community, the Residential Ambassador plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless interactions between residents and service providers.

This role encompasses a range of responsibilities that enhance the overall living experience. Some of these duties include:

  • Providing warm greetings and assistance to residents, setting the tone for exceptional customer service.">
  • Coordinating with porters to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.">
  • Managing umbrella rental services to cater to residents' needs.">
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere by offering complimentary refreshments, including tea, coffee, snacks, and daily newspapers.">
  • Arranging transportation services for residents, ensuring their convenience and comfort.">
  • Handling parcel and postal services, providing added convenience to residents.">
  • Assisting with e-bicycle rentals, promoting a healthy and eco-friendly lifestyle.">
  • Helping residents plan entertainment options, including restaurant and cafe reservations, as well as gourmet chef recommendations for parties and events.">
  • Providing laundry, housekeeping, handyman, aircon servicing, mover services, pet care, car grooming, and personal fitness trainer services.">
  • Performing miscellaneous duties as required to maintain a high level of service quality.">

Requirements for this role include:

  • Minimum education: GCE N levels.">
  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly MS Office, Internet, and Email.">
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with people.">
  • A cheerful and approachable demeanor, essential for building strong relationships with residents.">

Qualifications for this position are:

  • Minimum one year's experience as a Concierge in a hotel or private residence.">
  • GCE 'O' levels and above, or a Diploma in Hospitality and Tourism Management.">
  • A professional presentation style, reflecting the organization's high standards.">
  • Outstanding guest service skills, coupled with sophisticated verbal and written communication abilities.">
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, enabling effective resolution of issues.">
  • Highly responsible and reliable, with a commitment to meeting deadlines.">
  • Working hours: Mondays to Saturdays (excluding public holidays), 10am to 6pm, comprising a 6-day workweek.">
  • Non-air-conditioned workspace, requiring adaptability from the incumbent.">
  • Convenient location within walking distance from Newton MRT Station.">
