The role of a Residential Ambassador involves being the welcoming face of an estate, providing exceptional service to residents and their guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome residents and guests with a smile, ensuring they feel at home.
  • Provide information and assistance on property amenities, services, and surrounding areas.
  • Maintain high integrity and confidentiality of resident information and protect estate assets.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, staff, and external parties in a clear and concise manner.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve company goals and resident satisfaction.

Additional responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate facilities bookings, scheduling, and updates.
  • Ensure facilities are clean, safe, and suitable for residents' enjoyment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, including:
    • Receiving and delivering packages and mail.
    • Booking and arranging transportation and other services.
    • Assisting with laundry and dry cleaning services.
    • Safekeeping apartment keys and access cards.
    • Handling deliveries and couriers.
  • Attend to residents' domestic requests, such as recommending contractors as needed.
  • Stay informed about weather forecasts to ensure residents have the best possible experience.
