Key Responsibilities:- Conduct quality checks on 2D drafting work and BIM models to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Perform BIM clashes review, modelling works, and prepare clash reports for coordination purposes with stakeholders.
- Submit architectural drawings to relevant authorities and clients as required.
- Collaborate with architects to resolve non-compliance issues and provide expert advice.
- Liaise and coordinate work with consultants, sub-consultants, and government agencies to ensure seamless project execution.
Requirements:
- Degree in Construction Management from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in architectural management.
