Job Description:

The role of an Architectural Coordinator is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of architectural projects. This position involves working closely with senior coordinators to oversee the submission of architectural drawings to government authorities, tender and construction drawings.

A successful candidate will have strong knowledge of local building codes, AutoCAD draughting skills and proficiency in BIM technology. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills to work independently without supervision.

In this role, you will be responsible for drafting architectural drawings, preparing submissions and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about architecture and has a minimum of 4 years' experience in a related field. If you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.
