**Job Title:** Architectural Coordinator


Are you a skilled architectural professional looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in architectural finishing and a passion for project coordination? We are seeking a talented Architectural Coordinator to join our team.


**Responsibilities:**


  • Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with Consultants, Project Managers, C&S Engineers, M&E Engineers, and Subcontractors to resolve construction problems and issues, ensuring timely and smooth progress of works.
  • Monitor progress and ensure compliance of all architectural trades on site.
  • Review drawings, specifications, and method statements for compliance with codes and project requirements.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards.
  • Assist in project handover, defects rectification, and TOP preparation.
  • Attend site and coordination meetings with stakeholders.

**Requirements:**


  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture, preferably recognized by the BOA.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural finishing in the local construction industry involved in HDB/LTA projects.
  • Experience in RI and TOP inspection procedure and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge in Singapore building codes and regulations and familiarity with local standard quality implementation.
  • Candidates certified and registered in CONQUAS, and knowledge in Greenmark documentation will have an added advantage.
