Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Coordinator to join our organization in Singapore.

  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with design intent, specifications and regulations.
  • Analyze and interpret architectural plans, provide project schedules, review subcontractor shop drawings prior to submission.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of architectural details, material specifications, methods of installation and delivery procedures.
  • Oversee the work of subcontractors and ensure compliance with material and works specifications.
  • Maintain accurate records of meetings, site discussions and working sessions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction/civil engineering industry.
  • Prior experience in large-scale projects is highly advantageous.
  • LTA-MRT experience is a plus.
