Experienced Architectural Design Coordinator Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer Coordinator to join our team. This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality architectural services.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with experience in building construction and landed house projects. They will be proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Sketch up, and have strong leadership and coaching skills.

The Architectural Designer Coordinator will be responsible for liaising with the Project Manager to carry out architectural work scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project supervision, and documentation.

They will also be responsible for managing outlining and assigning work, reviewing technical accuracy and technical outcomes, and assisting the Project Manager in preparing presentations to management, clients, and stakeholders.

In addition, the Architectural Designer Coordinator will be responsible for managing the Architectural consultants to meet project program, design deliverables, and Authority submission and timely approval.

They will review and add value to the designs/specifications/drawings submitted by consultants, provide design and technical support/resolution to site queries/issues throughout Construction, as and when required.

The Architectural Designer Coordinator will conduct routine inspections on architectural works to ensure smooth progress & compliance with approved design and specification.

They will attend consultants' meetings and reply to consultants as and when necessary, coordinate & check all architectural drawings, prepare & update drawings for submission, and coordinate with contractors to resolve technical construction details.

The job requires a professional license accredited by local authority board and conversance with local codes and authority submissions.

Able to work on-site and travel if needed.

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, recognized by the Board of Architects or Singapore PEB
• At least 2 years of related working experience in building construction, especially landed house projects.
• Possess a Qualified Professional license accredited by local authority board will be an added advantage.
• Conversant with local codes and authority submissions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and has strong presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Photoshop, AutoCAD, and Sketch up.
• Strong leadership, coaching skills, and organising abilities.
