We are seeking a skilled and driven architectural professional to contribute to our diverse range of projects in Singapore.
This is an exceptional opportunity for a passionate individual with at least 2 years of experience to work on conceptual design, construction documentation, and more.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop design concepts and create architectural drawings
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for design submissions and regulatory approvals
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project phases
- Participate in site visits, inspections, and client meetings
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a recognized institution
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in Singapore
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and submission processes
- Good design sense, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and presentation skills
