Job Description
">- We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced design professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture and at least 3 years of relevant experience working on construction projects.">
Responsibilities
">- Assist a team of BIM Modellers in the design and coordination process, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.">
- Prepare and submit construction drawings, including shop drawings, for approval by stakeholders.">
- Supervise work progress on site and liaise closely with consultants, sub-contractors, and operational teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.">
- Be involved in tendering work, developing and managing bids, and negotiating contracts.">
Requirements
">- Hold a degree in Architecture or a related field.">
- Have at least 3 years of relevant experience working on construction projects.">
- Be able to read and understand construction drawings, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.">
- Possess project experience in buildings or hotels, and be familiar with industry standards and regulations.">
- Be meticulous, highly motivated, and independent, with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills.">
