Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Designer to collaborate with our team on various projects.

  • Work closely with senior designers on space planning, conceptual design, schematic design, and construction site supervision.
  • Develop effective plans, schedules, and strategies to meet project goals and timelines.
  • Create communicative presentations and sets of tender drawings that showcase designs.
  • Cultivate relationships with consultants, vendors, contractors, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local regulations and standards.
  • Review shop drawings submittals and finish samples for quality control.
  • Monitor construction progress at sites to ensure planning and design intent is met.
  • Contribute to refining office processes and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
  • Experience in interior designing for hospitals, medical facilities, or similar environments.
  • Proficiency in Adobe, AutoCAD, and Sketchup software.
  • Desirable experience in Healthcare, Laboratory, Nursing homes, Special needs facilities, and workplace environments. Willingness to learn is essential.
  • Strong skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and graphic software, preferably Revit.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and a passion for producing high-quality designs.
  • Familiarity with local building practices and codes is beneficial but not necessary.
