
Strategic HR Manager

As a key member of the organization, the strategic HR manager will lead and manage the full spectrum of human resources functions. This includes recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance appraisal, employee relations, and training & development.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Recruitment and Selection Process: The strategic HR manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring effective manpower planning and talent acquisition.
- Develop and Implement HR Policies: Review, develop, and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices aligned with company goals and compliance with Singapore labour laws.
- Drive Performance Management Initiatives: Drive performance management initiatives, including KPIs, evaluations, and employee engagement strategies to improve productivity and morale.
- Manage Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary issues, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
- Support Department Heads: Support department heads in workforce planning, organisational development, and employee retention.
- Lead HR Reporting: Lead HR reporting, payroll review, and statutory submissions (e.g., CPF, IR8A, MOM submissions).
- Maintain Positive Workplace Culture: Maintain a positive and inclusive workplace culture and lead initiatives to improve employee morale and productivity.
Requirements:
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor's Degree
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with min 2 years of leadership role
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR best practices
- Personal Qualities: Hands-on, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all levels
