Job Title: Customer Experience Representative

Facility Monitoring & Operations:

  • Maintain cleanliness of location at all times, ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
  • Monitor and clean water features, maintaining proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation.
  • Report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
  • Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed by management.
  • Oversee towel circulation, including distribution, collection, and laundry coordination.

Requirements:

  • Friendly, responsible, and eager to create a positive energy.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.
  • Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.
  • Comfortable with basic technology.
  • Able to perform light physical tasks.
