- Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with check-in.
- Handle guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Resolve basic concerns, escalating more complex issues to the manager as needed.
Facility Monitoring & Operations:
- Maintain cleanliness of location at all times, ensuring all areas are guest-ready.
- Monitor and clean water features, maintaining proper hygiene, temperature, and presentation.
- Report any malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
- Assist with minor upkeep tasks as directed by management.
- Oversee towel circulation, including distribution, collection, and laundry coordination.
Requirements:
- Friendly, responsible, and eager to create a positive energy.
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.
- Team player who communicates clearly and respectfully.
- Comfortable with basic technology.
- Able to perform light physical tasks.
