We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Service Ambassador to provide exceptional guest experiences, manage front desk operations, and promote hotel amenities and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and throughout their stay.
  • Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
  • Respond to guest enquiries and feedback promptly, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience.
  • Maintain and update guest records accurately in the system.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure all guest needs are addressed efficiently.
  • Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in front office, guest services, or hospitality roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident engaging, with guests from all walks of life.
  • Resourceful, with a problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems is an advantage.
  • Willingness to learn — full training will be provided.
  • Passion for delivering great service and creating memorable guest interactions.
  • Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight, weekends, and public holidays.
