Program Coordinator for Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

The role of a Program Coordinator is crucial in the successful implementation of the internet-based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) program. This position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective delivery of the program.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Operational Support:
      • Coordinating the onboarding and training sessions for counsellors, ensuring they have access to the necessary tools and resources.
      • Monitoring the iCBT dashboard for any issues or concerns raised by counsellors and coordinating troubleshooting efforts.
    • Participant Safety:
      • Overseeing the monitoring of participant safety through regular checks on the iCBT dashboard and collaborating with clinical psychologists to address any escalated cases.
    • Research and Evaluation:
      • Facilitating qualitative research activities such as interviews between participants and freelance interviewers, ensuring data quality and integrity.
      • Collecting, summarizing, and reporting feedback from participants and counsellors to inform program improvements.
      • Assisting with documentation and data organization to support program evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Strong educational background in psychology, business, or related fields.
  • Demonstrated interest in mental health and digital health solutions.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good IT literacy, with experience using tech platforms and dashboards.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with a focus on meeting evolving program needs.
