Mental Health Program Coordinator

The role of a mental health training executive is to provide logistical and administrative support for the development and execution of mental health training programs.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of training logistics, including planning, scheduling, and organizing mental health training sessions for migrant workers, volunteers, and partners.
- Maintain accurate records of participants, trainers, and stakeholders, and manage registration, attendance tracking, and pre/post evaluations.
- Assist in compiling reports, documentation, and training feedback summaries.
A detail-oriented and organized individual with strong communication skills will thrive in this dynamic position. Key competencies include knowledge of mental health education, psychological support, and first aid, as well as understanding of community-based mental health services and stakeholder management.
This role also involves managing relationships with stakeholders and vendors on training-related matters, coordinating logistical arrangements, and supporting the creation and implementation of marketing content aligned with defined objectives and strategy.
Applicants should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in administrative, events coordination, or training support roles.
