**About the Role**

The IMH Office of Population Health plays key role in formulating, implementing and evaluating population mental health and wellness strategies. It seeks to integrate and align mental health strategies into regional and national initiatives (HealthierSG) of transforming healthcare. As a Manager, you will work in a team to establish strong partnerships with multiple stakeholders across healthcare institutions, community partners and agencies to implement initiatives that drive population health.

**Some of the Key Responsibilities Include**
- Plan, develop and track of IMH’s strategic objectives in population mental health and wellness. Ensure seamless policy-ops coordination to support IMH’s priorities in population health
- Interface and work closely with stakeholders within NHG, partners and agencies in the social & health eco-system to champion population mental health
- Coordinate efforts across various departments and programmes, to provide regular updates to senior management, with the intent to support IMH’s population health mandate under its strategic score-card for population health and wellness.
- Consult with, support and build partnerships with stakeholders to develop programmes/initiatives that contribute to population mental health strategy
- Develop evaluation framework, methodology, track outcomes and reporting as part of programme and funding requirements. Conversant with tools for analysis and present outcome data with the guidance of Clinical Director and senior colleagues.
- Contribute to efforts to support various population health initiatives under OPH oversight. Role model and guide junior colleagues in supporting OPH-driven initiatives.

**Job Requirements**
- Degree in any discipline with 6 years of relevant experience in Healthcare / Social Service organisations, with exposure to strategic planning, programme implementation and evaluation will be preferred
- Experience in quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies, data analysis and writing of manuscripts / report will be an added advantage
- Meticulous with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to build influence and communicate effectively across diverse groups
- Strong team-player, self-starter with strong sense of initiative, interpersonal and verbal and written communications, with ability to work with ambiguity and agility
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel (including Power BI) an advantage
