  • Process payments, verify credit card information, and maintain accurate records.
  • Register guests, collecting necessary information and ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, making informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
  • Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
  • Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to meet guest expectations.

Requirements:
