Key Responsibilities:
- Manage check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle online and phone reservations, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Process payments, verify credit card information, and maintain accurate records.
- Register guests, collecting necessary information and ensuring a warm welcome.
- Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities, making informed recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are clean, tidy, and fully-furnished to meet guest expectations.
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate, to increase revenue and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and payments, ensuring seamless communication with other departments.
Requirements:
