As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assisting engineers in process flow improvement, troubleshooting, maintaining and making engineering improvements to the automation lines. This role is ideal for individuals who possess excellent analytical skills and are able to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and manage process improvements relating to product quality, cost, cycle time and manufacturing line efficiencies.
- Analyze, propose and implement corrective action plans to resolve quality issues.
- Provide line support and optimization of yield improvement plans.
- Assist in product transfer.
- Set up BOM, prepare Venture Standard Operating Procedure and Engineering Alert.
- Conduct training for the Production Associates.
- Handle tooling, equipment and work cell maintenance.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical/Manufacturing, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
- Experience in a highly competitive product manufacturing environment preferred.
- Understand process control and SPC method.
- Good analytical skills required.
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
