Job Title: Production Quality Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Production Quality Specialist. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

About the Role:

">
  • Meet production quantity targets as per daily production plan and process quality requirements specified by work instructions.">
  • Participate in multi-skill training and conduct on-the-job training for new technicians.">
  • Assist the Manufacturing Supervisor or line 2IC in controlling one main production line/process, which may include several sub-assembly processes.">
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance productivity and product quality.">
  • Assist in collecting and compiling quality data for filing and engineering study purposes.">
  • Assist in controlling production materials and performing material cycle counts.">
  • Actively participate in workplace safety, 6S, and environmental initiatives.">
  • Recommend RMA rework with minimal cost and troubleshoot testing fallout instruments and parts evaluations as per engineering requirements.">
  • Assist line supervisor in running one process/product line.">
  • Perform other manufacturing duties, including line 2IC responsibilities, as assigned by the supervisor.">
