Process Optimization Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented professional to support our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes to drive efficiency, reduce waste, enhance product quality, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Enhancement: Evaluate, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve product consistency and quality.
  • Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve process deviations, equipment malfunctions, and production bottlenecks to ensure smooth and continuous operations.
  • Data Analysis: Collect, monitor, and analyze process data to identify trends, drive continuous improvement, and support informed decision-making.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure processes comply with internal quality standards and external regulatory requirements. Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety procedures and promote a culture of safety throughout the manufacturing environment. Ensure all activities comply with company and regulatory safety standards.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of processes, procedures, validations, and performance metrics in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of process improvement initiatives, equipment installations, technology transfers, and other engineering projects.
Qualifications:
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data analysis tools and manufacturing software (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean tools, SPC)
  • Familiarity with quality systems (e.g., ISO, GMP) and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
