About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to launch a promising future that powers the next generation of devices and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in monitoring and running wet etch processes, including wafer cleaning, oxide/nitride removal, metal etching, and surface prep steps.
- Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacity swiftly and maintain quality.
- Continuously improve process stability and capability, enhance quality, reliability, yield, productivity, and safety standards.
- Assist in conducting experiments, analyzing complex datasets, and deriving actionable insights to optimize manufacturing processes and precise controls.
- Support in analyzing production anomalies and maintaining/improving statistical process control (SPC) methods.
- A Diploma or higher in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related STEM field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Assistant Process Engineer, possessing in-depth knowledge.
- Experience working in a 12" fab would be advantageous.
