About the Role:
As an Executive Support Professional, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level support to senior executives. Your responsibilities will involve managing complex schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless operations within a dynamic organization.Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's schedule, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
- Coordinate global travel logistics, including booking flights, hotels, and secure transportation
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion on sensitive information related to the executive
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence for the executive, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries
- Prepare detailed itineraries with considerations for meetings, events, time zones, and local resources
Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess excellent written communication skills, presentation-making abilities, and exposure to tools like Microsoft Office Suite. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with an MBA in Business Administration being highly preferred. You should have a minimum of 6-8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting executives in a dynamic industry.
