About the Role

The Inbound Delivery Manager will be responsible for coordinating with customers on the status of their shipments and assisting the receiving team with day-to-day operations. Key responsibilities include receiving and sorting shipments, coordinating with consignees to reschedule deliveries, investigating and following up on all issues with incoming shipments, and ensuring housekeeping is carried out diligently.
