Office of Global Education & Mobility (OGEM) offersoverseas programmes for NTU students which include semesterexchange and short-term outbound progammes and brings ininternational students into NTU, for semester exchange andfee-paying programmes.

Reporting to the SeniorAssistant Director for semester exchange job scope and Director(OGEM) for Finance and Office Administration jobscope.

The candidate is required totake on the followingresponsibilities:
  • Ensure theprocesses for inbound programmes are delivered according toschedule.
  • Process inbound applications forGlobal Education & Mobility (GEM) TrailblazerProgramme.
  • Manage communication with inboundstudents' and partner universities to addressenquiries.
  • Engage students for recruitment andprovide assistance and support tostudents.
  • Collate and ensure accuracy ofinbound mobility data for reporting andanalysis.
  • Monitor the financial transactionsand assist with budgeting, accrual, reporting,etc.
  • Provide guidance to colleagues onpurchasing procedures.
  • Ensure office materialsand resources are available for staffusage.
  • Perform office management duties -sourcing and procurement of office supplies, finance/budgettracking, onboarding of new staff, manage Director'scalendar.


JobRequirements:
  • A Bachelor'sDegree Holder with minimum 3 years in student services functionwith focus on student admin andservices.
  • Highly organised and detail-orientedto ensure accurate data is reported.
  • Serviceoriented and student-centric.
  • Goodcommunication skills both written and oral, presentation skills aplus.
  • Good with systems andprocesses.
