Contract Administrator

As a Contract Administrator at Turner & Townsend, you will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery teams on contracts and commercial administration across the entire lifecycle of data centre developments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support to the delivery teams on contracts and commercial administration
- Acting as a key communicator to internal and external stakeholders on contract and financial matters
- Assisting the Contracts Manager in drafting new contracts, variations, and contractual correspondence
- Raising and generating Purchase Orders and tracking and communicating approvals to internal and external stakeholders
- Cost management system super user support
- Assisting in the development and implementation of reporting tools for measurement of key contract metrics
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a similar qualification
- High attention to detail and collaboration skills
- The ability to be resourceful and communicate clearly and concisely to the team
