About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager, Contract Administration to join our team at Careers@Gov. As a key member of our Safety & Contracts group, you will play a critical role in managing and resolving contractual issues for our various land transport projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts with vendor partners in line with contract provisions and proper procedures
  • Navigate matters related to cashflow, budgetary forecasts, and contractual arrangements
  • Review and prepare tender documents, cost data analysis, and award of civil contracts
  • Manage payment, claims, and variation orders for post-award contract administration
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Building, Project and Facilities Management, or Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in cost estimation, contract administration, or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering/construction projects
  • Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts specific to engineering or construction projects
  • Ability to work well in a team and possess good verbal and written communication skills
