Job Title: Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts to join our team. As a key member of our Safety & Contracts group, you will play a critical role in ensuring that contracts with our vendor partners are administered in line with contract provisions and proper procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve contractual issues for various land transport projects
  • Administer contracts with vendor partners in accordance with contract provisions and procedures
  • Review and analyze contractual arrangements, procurement documents, and cost data
  • Prepare and award civil contracts, manage payments, claims, and variation orders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective contract administration
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Building, Project and Facilities Management, or Quantity Surveying
  • Experience in cost estimation, contract administration, or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering/construction projects
  • Good knowledge of standard conditions of contracts specific to engineering or construction projects
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
