Job Title: Deputy / Assistant Manager, Contracts (Systems & Services)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy / Assistant Manager to join our team in the Contracts (Systems & Services) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring contract governance, tender and contract administration processes comply with the LTA's requirements and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare cost estimates for new projects / initiatives / feasibility studies
  • Draft tender documents and evaluate tenders
  • Administer contracts (e.g. processing of payments, valuation of variations, assessment of claims)
  • Provide contractual advice to project teams
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Computer / Electrical / Electronics / Information Technology / Mechanical / Systems Engineering / Project and Facilities Management
  • At least 2 years of working experience in contract administration or project management of multi-disciplinary engineering projects
  • Good knowledge of conditions of contract for IT, engineering or construction projects
  • Organized and meticulous with the ability to work independently
  • Strong written, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
