We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Human Resources department, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, shortlisting candidates, scheduling interviews, onboarding, and offboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and source suitable candidates.
- Maintain and update employee personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support adherence to employment laws and assist in employee welfare reviews.
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good computing skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to multitask, organized, meticulous, and resourceful.
- Competent in Singapore Employment Act / CPF Act / Industrial Relations Acts.
