As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores. This includes managing store staff, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards, and maintaining high levels of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage store operations to ensure seamless execution
- Lead and supervise a team of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Crew members
- Maintain adequate manpower through effective roster planning and deployment
- Craft menus that meet desired quality and standards
- Cultivate an exceptional customer experience by coaching staff on excellent service skills
- Address customer queries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations
- Enforce company policies and standard operating procedures
- Recruit and select new staff members
- Monitor staff performance and enforce discipline when necessary

Requirements:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong track record in the food and beverage industry (Japanese cuisine experience preferred)
- GCE 'O' level qualifications
- Natural leadership and communication skills to motivate staff
- An eye for detail and a customer-centric approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
