As a seasoned HR leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's people development initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing strategic guidance to the leadership team on HR-related matters.

  • Developing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work culture.

  • Leading the HR business partner team to ensure high-quality service delivery to the business.

  • Collaborating with the broader HR team to drive process improvement and HR projects.

  • Designing and implementing HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Supporting business teams in understanding current and future goals and trends impacting workforce needs.

  • Translating business objectives into HR programs to support organizational development.

  • Designing and implementing key HR policies and processes.

  • Partnering with leadership to drive talent management initiatives, including workforce planning and succession planning.

  • Managing and resolving employee relations issues while partnering with legal counsel as needed.

  • Driving effective rewards and recognition strategies.

  • Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Human Resource or Business Administration
    • At least 12 years of experience in full-spectrum HR functions, preferably in a fast-paced matrixed environment
    • Proficient bilingual written and verbal communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills
    • High integrity with good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Demonstrated track record in managing cross-cultural stakeholders
    • Passionate about people with a high level of emotional intelligence
    • Strong business acumen and results-oriented
    • Familiar with local labor legislations
    • PC literate with Microsoft Office software skills
