Develop and implement firm-wide frameworks, policies, and standards for risk management, ensuring they address the company's governance needs at various stages of growth.
Oversee Risk Tools and IndicatorsImplement and maintain risk tools, such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment, risk and control indicators, regular risk management reports, product governance reviews, independent assurance reviews, etc.
Partner with First Line of DefenceCollaborate with the first line of defence to resolve identified risks and issues in a timely manner, challenge and review risk treatment measures, and monitor the firm's portfolio of risks from a 2LOD perspective.

Role Requirements- Experience
At least 9 years of non-financial, operational, or enterprise risk management experience, with at least 3-5 years in Information & Cyber Security risk management and controls.
Strong Understanding of TechnologyStrong understanding of technology and cyber-security landscape, including cloud-hosted platforms, firewalls, EDR, vulnerability and threat management, access management, etc.
Leadership and Stakeholder ManagementDemonstrated strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Investor PerspectivesExhibit a comprehensive understanding of investors' perspectives on the anticipated risk landscape and effectively implement strategies to manage and mitigate these risks within the organization.
People LeadershipA people leader with experience in leading from the front and making one's own way in situations where there is no precedent.
Cybersecurity LandscapeStrong understanding of the Cybersecurity landscape and forward-looking threat scenarios.
Regulatory EnvironmentStrong awareness and understanding of the regulatory environment applicable to digital platforms in the geographies that the firm operates in.
