We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Enterprise Risk Management function, focusing on product strategy, product management, and product pricing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT management, digital product, and digital risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and operationalisation of Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), including risk appetite and tolerance.
  • Review risk assessments across product and project teams and provide recommendations on enterprise risk strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging risks.
  • Provide timely risk reporting to management and board committees.
Requirements
  • Graduate degree in IT, software, or computer engineering.
  • Minimum 12 years of ICT experience, with at least 5 years in ICT management positions and 3 years in digital product and digital risk management.
  • Strong ability in system thinking, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
  • Good organisational skills to drive company-wide initiatives and manage multiple deadlines.
  • Self-motivated and strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with stakeholders.
