About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with HODs and Team Leads to administer talent acquisition forms, source and interview candidates, prepare salary proposals, and onboard/offboard employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Process Management: Administer talent acquisition forms, source and interview candidates, prepare salary proposals, and onboard/offboard employees.
  • Employee Relations: Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, performance improvement plans, and other issues concerning employee engagement.
  • HR Advice: Provide timely advice on HR policies and procedures to enhance employee communication, engagement, and performance.
  • Staff Engagement: Facilitate and minute-staff engagement sessions.
  • Work Pass Applications: Handle work pass applications/renewals for foreign hires and related matters.
  • Performance Management: Participate in performance management reviews.
  • HRIS Implementation: Participate in HRIS implementation and testing.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in HR Business Partnering.
  • SAP and/or SAP SuccessFactors experience is highly desirable.
