**You will also be responsible for**:**HR Strategy & Operations**: Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals. Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent development, and performance management.**HR Policies & Compliance**: Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Provide HR support and advice to employees and managers on employment-related matters.**Performance Management**: Manage performance review cycles and assist managers in addressing performance issues, developing growth plans, and ensuring continuous feedback.**Adaptability to Startup Culture**: Embrace and thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment. **We would want to speak with you if you are / have -**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.- Minimum of 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably within retail or a fast-growing startup environment.- Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition, with a focus on finding the right fit for retail roles.- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR best practices.- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing environments.
