In the early stages of a global transformation, they have recently restructured and evolved their HR Operating model to include Centre’s of Excellence. The removal of these tactical elements has created a new strategic HR Business Partner position within their organization.
**The Role**
Reporting to the Regional HR Director, you will provide people advisory support to the Country Managing Director. Singapore. Key responsibilities will include:
HR Business Partnering:
- Provide strategic people advisory to business leaders to drive business objectives & goals
- Responsible for effective execution of people strategies
- Working closely with “Centre of Excellence” (COE) to handle full spectrum of HR matters including but not limited to organizational effectiveness, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, talent acquisition, talent development, employee engagement and performance management.
Strategic HR projects
- Participate in organization development, business transformation to maximize business performance, productivity, employee’s engagement
- Provide HR advisory for company-wide including but not limited to merger and acquisition, integration, organization design, and other HR related assignments
- Participate in ad hoc HR projects by working with other HR team members
**Who you are**:
As an experienced HR professional, you will be:
- Degree qualified with significant experience in a HR capacity
- Experience of partnering with senior business leaders on people strategies, preferably from a matrixed environment
- Multi-tasked, resourceful, and strong prioritization skill
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently and collaboratively as a team
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to collaborate with people across all levels
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
