About The Role:
  • Proactively connect with qualified individuals through digital channels.
  • Facilitate structured, value-based conversations to explore client alignment and readiness.

  • Use digital tools including Zoom, CRM systems, and email to manage outreach and ongoing communication.
  • Contribute to a supportive team environment by participating in ongoing collaboration and development sessions.
  • Track personal metrics and refine strategies in line with organizational values and expectations.
Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Developing and executing business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand customer base.
  • Leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and colleagues.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and implementing changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with other departments to align business goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse groups.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media, email marketing, and CRM software.
