Job Title: Incentives Management Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Incentives Management Professional. This role will be responsible for managing and administering grants, reviewing and developing business processes, and working with stakeholders to ensure effective grant management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Grant Administration: Manage and administer grants, ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications and disbursements.
  • Business Process Development: Review and develop business processes to support various incentives programmes, augment operational efficiency, and improve service delivery in grants administration.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with training providers, other stakeholders, and internal teams to support and address queries on verification of grants, while ensuring compliance to grant governance framework.
  • Data Management: Work on large datasets to perform data extraction, collation, tracking, and analyses, drawing insights from data analyses to facilitate funding administration, risk management, and process re-design.

Requirements:

  • Competencies: Possess the required competencies to execute the job duties proficiently, including analytical and problem-solving skills, self-starting abilities, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Education and Experience: Up to 5 years of relevant work experience in grants, operations, or project management.
  • Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills, stakeholder management, presentation skills, word processing, spreadsheet (Excel), and presentation applications.

Benefits: The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance and may be considered for an extension or be placed on a permanent tenure.
