Senior Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and solutions-focused Senior Employee Relations Specialist to join our global People Advisory team in Singapore. This role will work across various aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment and performance management to learning and development and employee relations cases.

The ideal candidate will be able to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and operate independently as well as part of a team.

  • Provide advice to employees on policies and procedures and training needs.
  • Coach and train line managers to effectively manage their people, including advising on performance and absence management.
  • Identify and drive forward People initiatives and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Lead on all employee relations matters, including absence management, performance issues, and all other aspects of people management.
  • Review the monthly payroll pack to ensure accurate recording and meet deadlines.
  • Take responsibility for the annual performance review process and collaborate with the People Lead.
  • Lead on delivering the Learning and Development plan and support MI reporting.
  • Support the People Operations Team across the business and coordinate employee relocations.
