As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Senior Brand Manager in executing brand strategies and managing brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Brand Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches to drive brand growth objectives.
- Product Portfolio Management: Manage product development, product positioning, pricing strategy, and packaging development to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Agency Collaboration: Work with external agencies to develop product briefs and integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand growth.
- Marketing Budget Management: Manage A&P budget, track ROIs, and stay up-to-date on consumer and market trends.
- Brand Consistency: Oversee social content and work with agencies to maintain consistency in brand message and visual elements across social platforms.
- Trade Marketing Activations: Collaborate with sales channels to develop cohesive trade marketing activations and ensure consistency in brand image deployment across all distribution channels.
- POSM Development: Oversee the development of POSM while ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align brand initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Education: Degree in Marketing Management or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in a brand management role, preferably in FMCG industry.
- Skills: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, strong communication and interpersonal skills, positive working attitude, independent with entrepreneurship spirit, good project management and organizational skills.
