About This Role:

  • We're looking for a highly skilled professional who can conduct organisational DEI assessments and develop tailored strategies.
  • The ideal candidate will advise on policy creation and integration to promote equity and inclusion.
  • This role involves designing and delivering DEI training, workshops, and facilitation sessions.
  • The successful candidate will support and guide Employee Resource Groups and external DEI partnerships.
  • We require someone who excels in communication and facilitation, creating safe and engaging spaces for dialogue.

  • You have significant professional and life experience that enriches your ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • You bring energy, presence, and authenticity to every training and consultation.
  • Strong coaching skills are essential for this role.
  • Dedicated professionals who possess excellent interpersonal communication skills will thrive in this position.
