Job Overview

You will be part of a high-performing team working closely with leadership to drive strategic transformation efforts, develop organisational development initiatives, and support mindset and behavioural changes throughout the organisation.

About the Role

This role involves managing multiple stakeholders and thrust leads, harmonising diverse workstreams while maintaining transformation goals, sustaining longterm transformation momentum, balancing fastmoving and competing demands, building crossagency collaborations, and driving consensus among diverse stakeholders.

As a key member of the team, you will work with unstructured and evolving initiatives, requiring quickthinking and innovative mindset, comfort with uncertainty and evolving work, understanding of organisational behaviour, and drive for continuous improvement.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 6 years of working experience, preferably in policy, plans, transformation or innovation, strong writing and presentation abilities, excellent analytical capabilities, project management expertise, strong stakeholder management skills, and a quickthinking and innovative mindset.
